Vexata Appoints Rick Walsworth and Farzad Haghighi to Build Strong Customer Relationships, Satisfaction and Loyalty
Walsworth joins as vice president of product and solutions marketing, and
Haghighi as vice president of worldwide support and professional services
SAN JOSE, Calif. – November 15, 2017 – Vexata today announced that Rick Walsworth has joined the company as vice president of product and solutions marketing, and Farzad Haghighi has joined as vice president of worldwide support and professional services. Walsworth and Haghighi will focus on maximizing customer relationships, satisfaction and loyalty.

Walsworth brings more than 25 years of experience in the data management and storage sector. In previous roles at EMC and a number of other startups, Walsworth led comprehensive go-to-market and product management strategies, building customer loyalty and retention through successful global user groups. As vice president of product and solutions marketing at Vexata, Walsworth will work closely with the sales team, customers and partners to understand priorities influencing the strategic roadmap and build a go-to-market model that focuses on customer relationships.

Haghighi brings more than 20 years of experience in support and training. Prior to joining Vexata, Haghighi worked for EMC, Oracle and Hewlett-Packard, where he developed effective strategies and programs to build high quality customer support teams worldwide.
